This is a great news for the poeple like students/workers who are going to study/work in Kampar, Perak.
In the past few years, kampar's rental rates were getting higher.
Why would this happen?
Managements' companies monopolized the rental rate. Maybe I should say they "improved" the living standard in Kampar. Food price increasing, cost of living increased.
What I can see in Kampar after a few years I studied here, i found that students have difficulties in finding their desired hostels. When the students first come to Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) or Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman (KTAR) in Kampar, roughly 90% of them will be redirecting to management, more than half of the 90% shifted out from management after a year of contract.
For those who are living far away from Kampar, most of them search for their rooms via Google, Facebook or etc. the information in Google is scattered, and the posts in Facebook group are full of spams.
These people have LESS CHOICE or NO CHOICE!
